We currently ship products across India. At this time, international shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
• Customized or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered on select products or order values
• Any applicable charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on select pin codes and order values.
